The Odesa Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society continues to cooperate with local authorities. Today our volunteers handed over household equipment to the Department of Social Protection of the Odesa City Council.

The deputy mayor thanked us for our support and said that this was not the first time Red Cross was on hand when they needed it.

“For the past three years we have been working very closely with the Odesa Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. In the most critical situations, we stood shoulder-to-shoulder. We feel the tremendous support of our international partners now. Today we received a significant amount of equipment from Samsung, which will help people who need support. I am convinced that with joint efforts we will overcome this difficult situation”, - said Pavlo Vugelman, Odesa city vice governor.

We would like to remind you that this is a part of the generous support from Samsung Electronics Ukraine Company in the amount of 16 million UAH, which we received recently.
