Mandate and Mission
The primary purpose of the Society is to protect human life, prevent and alleviate human suffering during armed conflicts, natural disasters, catastrophes and accidents, provide assistance to the medical service of the Armed Forces and Health authorities, and assist Ukrainian authorities in their humanitarian activities.

As a result of a missile strike on Odesa region on 08.05.2023, the rented warehouse of the Odesa regional organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society with an area of 1000 square meters was completely destroyed.
